We maintain our manufacturing activities of PVC Extrusion and metal roll-form in our manufacturing plant in Gebze Industrial Zone, Kocaeli, Türkiye. We, as of 2022, export our products to more than 30 countries mostly in Europe, Western Asia and Northern Africa region.

Our Manufacturing Activities

We manufacture more than 7.000 tons/year of PVC profiles within our computer-controlled automatic mixing and high capacity extruder park.

We manufacture more than 5.500 tons/year of galvanised steel and aluminium profiles in accordance to EN 1368-1/2 ve EN 14353 within our roll-form machinery park.

We manufacture more than 54 millions per year of aluminium and PVC profiles with reinforcement fiberglass mesh including ETAG004 mesh and high-performed hot-melt glue within our laminating machinery park.

Our story at a glance.

1966

A small hardware store in Küçükyalı/ Istanbul opens by our founder Mansur Işık.
1970

A wholesale store of aluminium profiles in Tahtakale/Istanbul district is opened.
1973

Wholesale distribution of aluminium profiles to near locations begins.
1993

Our store moves to our new warehouse of 1.500 sqm in Küçükyalı/Istanbul district to enlarge our wholesale product range in the building industry.
1996

First manufacturing plant of 1.500 sqm opens in Taşdelen/Istanbul district with a PVC extrusion capacity of 2.500 tons/year to manufacture curtain rails and wall panels.
1998

Aegean Region distribution company Işık Ege was opened in İzmir by the initiatives of founder partner Uğur Vural.
2000

Sealants production begins with silicone sealant filling and acrylic sealant compounding.
2009

All facilities are consolidated at Istanbul Tuzla Industrial Zone in a factory building of 5.000 sqm. PVC extrusion capacity is increased to 4.000 tons/year.
2011

Sales of the sealants division and Lightfix brand to Soudal Group, the largest independent European manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and PU foams.
2014

Metal roll form production of plaster profiles begins with a capacity of 3.000 tons/year.
2017

We move to our current plant of 9.000 sqm in Gebze Plastikçiler Industrial Zone. PVC extrusion capacity to a capacity 6.000 tons/year, metal production capacity to a capacity 5.500 tons/year, warehouse capacity to 1.500 palettes are increased.
2020

Metal beads production capacity to 10,000 tons/year and PVC extrusion production capacity to 7,000 tons/year are increased with additional machinery and mold investments.
